Many of you would agree that CU3ER’s main power is in its awesome 3D transitions, right? I guess I have to agree with you but here I want to point out one of the really big advantages CU3ER have over the other similar scripts – fully customizable user interface! Meaning you can adjust position, dimension, color, tween time & delay, specify round corners attribute and type of symbol you would like to use. That’s pretty robust set of settings you can adjust to make your slideshow UI unique and perfectly blend it with rest of your site.
If you wonder where to start, please check official CU3ER documentation – there is already in depth explanation of available settings and attributes you can alter to take advantage of having custom user interface. For your convenience I’ve made 4 samples of slideshow with different user interface settings just as quick illustration to get you started with making your own UI:
Download these examples and start modifying/building your custom user interface now!
Happy CU3ERing!

Nice layout
Hey there!
Firstly – Friggen awesome! – Thank you so much. Secondly, I’ve used cuber in the header of my website located at http://www.blahblahblah.co.za, I love how it looks there, I only have one query, everytime the user opens up a new page the red logo appears while it loads, is there a way that once it has loaded once it won’t show the logo again and rather open up on the first frame of the first block? Many thanks again.
Unfortunately not at the moment. Branding removal will be option for some of the future releases.
Thanks!
Allowing people willing to pay you now will help fund further development on your end. Nothing is ever perfect or complete even on a solid 1.0 release, and I could use it for an IMMEDIATE project.
Good work though, it’s very impressive.
Anthony, instead of having your web pages on separate URLs, consider only replacing the content under the banner when a user clicks on a link (blog|portfolio|contact|love).
You can either have all content for all the pages loaded into DIVs, making only one visible, and then swapping out the visibility as they click on different links (using javascript to maniulate the CSS properties).
Or you can use AJAX to replace the main content container (div).
I can’t provide you with tech support, but the sitepoint.com forums are really good for everything web.
Incredible image feature! I’ve been looking for this for a long time, and yours is by far the best I’ve ever seen. Not to mention this website – excellent design!
Thanks!
Hi there,
First of all, great works.
Small hint; the config.xml “”
contains a small typo; “between”

I must say that cu3er is one of the best image transition application in the entire web. I’ve my copy of this one and hope you will have it too.
Cheers to the whole team for bringing up this wonderful product.
Hey, your cu3er is so cool! Thank you!
after seeing many flash transition gallerias, I say load and clear Cu3er is the best, good work,
but I love to see more in Cu3er like we can attach our own arrow design , image arrow in xml too
thanks ;)

Fantastic work – and very much appreciated that it’s available free.

Hi, this is actually cool and can be easily inserted in any page.
But one problem I found is that the slideshow seems uneffected by settings different from 600×300 on the original config.xml and 300×250 on the samples you posted at the top of this page. No matter the pics’ dimensions.
here the script I used under “settings”
Thanks a lot.
Paolo
Hi Paolo,
to set CU3ER size you need to alter dimension settings in your JS embedding script- please check http://www.progressivered.com/cu3er/docs/embedding.html for more info.
Thanks.
Hi, thanks for your quick replay.
Actually I don’t embed cu3er on my web page, I leave it on the original page and display it via iframes where I need them.
What I mean is that not even there I see any change.
If I use bigger pics they are cut (ok)
If I use smaller pics they don’t fill the stage (ok)
If I use pics bigger then 600×300 and set cu3er size accordingly they are cut (not ok).
That’s that!
Thank you a lot.
Paolo
How do you slow down the description so they stay up long enough to read them.

Svaka cast za cu3er! Rspkt!
Dude I really like this little doodah! Having a play with it – I have one question for you…is there any way to round the corners of the slide images themselves? I know it is possible to round the edges of the description boxes, and I have tried to upload images (jpegs, gifs and png files) with rounded corners but none of them seem to work. Minor details, but would help me with the overall look of my website-in-progress. Thanks a lot man, and great work!
